About Us

Stacey Brown started C.L. Armstrong Credit Solutions with the intention to fix people’s credit. She quickly realized older adults were confused about how credit works and affects their daily lives. As a result, they struggled with bad credit and limited credit options. In response, Stacey shifted her business focus. She provides education and resources that help people over 40 control their credit.

The company is inspired by Stacey’s great-grandmother Christine Lola Armstrong, affectionately called Grandma Tina. Grandma Tina was a homeowner with a car and steady income. She also had an American Express Card she paid on time every month. She advised her grandchildren often about money. Her favorite instruction was, “Pay your bills!”

Grandma Tina’s financial discipline helped her enjoy life many years beyond retirement. Her life shows us you’re never too old to benefit from credit.

When Stacey suffered from credit problems, she used Grandma Tina’s wise words to rebuild her credit. This led Stacey to study and maintain her own credit over the years. Now, she empowers others on their credit journey.

Stacey currently resides in Kansas City, Missouri. She enjoys group work and sharing information to make a positive impact. Her training experience in college, non-profit, and corporate settings fuels her passion for teaching others.

  My experience with CL Armstrong Credit Sol was very informative. When asked about services I received an immediate response! I though I was a little to young to qualify but her workshops but I learned it isn't age specific & that I can take advantage of the workshops as well!
